What Whites Will Never Know

However, the most overt gesture of white supremacy was to follow. “Whip trainer” Anthony De Longis (who trains actors such as Harrison Ford in Indiana Jones and Halle Barry in the movie Cat Woman) was brought up on stage to demonstrate how to use a whip. After literally cracking a whip, he asked the trivial question “Why does the whip make a cracking sound?” He answered his own question by saying “Because it breaks the sound barrier.” He also mentioned how the tip of the whip moves at 700 miles an hour. (Imagine the impact on human flesh!) He then proceeded to perform tricks with the whip on a volunteer. Terrence J backed out very quickly as if experiencing a “flash back” from slavery and instead offered his co-host Rocsi. De Longis then proceeded to repeatedly crack the whip in front of her while she stood facing the audience in fright. He then lassoed her twice around her legs and pulled her into his arms and dipped her as if they were ballroom dancing. I know that this was the premier of the movie, but I constantly asked myself in disbelief “What is the meaning of all of this insanity?” On one end, your average person may think nothing is wrong with any of these images; after all, it’s celebrating the premier (ms) of a greatly anticipated movie right? On another end, I could easily envision white middle-aged Viacom executives laughing hysterically after placing the image of an overseer (or slave master) cracking a whip on a once Black-owned (now white-owned) cable network, subliminally rousing up the post-traumatic psycho-social stress of slavery. Not only this, this ridiculous display also denotes how the white man is still in control and continues to desire the Black woman sexually, while the Black man rendered powerless, sits back and watches. I thought it was clever how they slipped white supremacy in under the guise of it all just being “adventurous” entertainment.

The African Blood Brotherhood was a short-lived but highly influential Black Liberation organization in the US, formed during the infamous “red summer” of 1919. That year saw murderous pogroms against African-Americans from Chicago to St. Louis, yet it also was a year of rising militant resistance to racist oppression. The African Blood Brotherhood was formed in part to organize physical resistance to pogroms, but also to organize for socialist revolution against white supremacy. Many members of the African Blood Brotherhood eventually joined the nascent Communist Party and helped to shape their policy on Black Liberation through the 1920’s and 30’s. Notable African Blood Brotherhood comrades included queer communist poet Claude McKay, whose 1919 poem “If We Must Die” epitomized the African Blood Brotherhood’s spirit of militant struggle.

11 Laws of White Supremacy

nefertitee:

1. Never let blacks know what you’re thinking; intentionally mislead them if you must.

2. Always try to figure out what they are thinking and try to find a way to disrupt them or capitalize on their genius

3. Always appear to be friendly or humanitarian. Act as if you don’t know you are apart of the ruling race.

4. Look for blacks you can use to further your own cause.

5. Use religion to gain their confidence.

6. Always remember, no matter what they say, to keep your dignity. Never forget that you belong to the white race that rules. But never profess this.

7. Never invite them into your home unless absolutely necessary. Always try to gain entry into their homes to assess what kind of people they are.

8. If you can, during verbal altercation with their leaders, try to provoke emotion or use word trickery to make them look less credible.

9. Always try to get them fighting with each other. Once they start it is difficult to get them to stop. They have a most unique fondness for destroying one another that supersedes all other interests once it gets started.

10. If you are able to provide some material support to them or their organization, this is certain to triple the awe and reverence they naturally have for whites and general and you will be able to use them like chess pieces, even against each other, to fulfill your own agenda.

11. Last but not least, never reveal the code to them. Without knowledge of this code, they will never see us as a unified group of exploiters, but will assumed that we are divided by petty differences as they are.

The woman who punched a 70-year-old Walmart greeter in the face after she asked to see a receipt for merchandise she was carrying out of the store has been sentenced to five years in prison.
Jacquetta Simmons, 27, was sentenced Wednesday for the attack that knocked Grace Suozzi to the ground, and fracturing the side of the elderly woman’s face. In court Simmons said she was sorry for the incident that injured Grace Suozzi on Christmas Eve in 2011, but the judge and prosecutor Larry Friedman say Simmons hardly seems sorry. ‘She absolutely did not accept any responsibility for what she did,’ Mr Friedman said.
The sentence stems from an incident in which Ms Suozzi had asked Simmons to show her a receipt for some electronics purchases she had made at the back of the store, a witness told ABC 13, when the young woman attacked. Ms Simmons responded with a punch to Ms Suozzi’s face, knocking her to the ground.

Let’s get this straight…
5 years for punching an elderly greeter.
Does anyone think that 5 years is a little too steep for punching anyone?

Quick Thought: New Orleans Tourism + General Tourism Commericials

We were playing “Words with Friends” when we keep seeing this video being muted. Curious, we unmuted it and it’s a New Orleans commericial.

What makes this real interesting is that… the New Orleans tourism videos (when we look deeper into it) skips what is New Orleans is suppose to be known for… Black people traditions and culture. Sure, there are videos that features Black traditions (including a Jazz Club), but without this woman.

This woman is basically the spokesperson, making New Orleans a friendly place for the family as well as an adult vacation spot.

We understand that the tourism department is attempting to NoLA a spot for the “general public”, but this is New Orleans!

NO. THEY ARE NOT. Racist is telling a black person they need to go to the back of the bus. Racist is putting Japanese Americans in an internment camp. Racist is telling black people they aren’t human. I AM NOT SEXUALLY ATTRACTED TO AFRICAN AMERICAN MALES. That’s it. When I look at a black man, I do not get aroused. Simple as that. I believe that all races should be equal. I’m sorry that my dick doesn’t dance for you. Lack of Sexual Attraction ≠ Racism.

Until you actually understand what racism is, cause it’s clear that you don’t.
Until you understand what fetishism is,
Until you understand what cognitive dissonance is,
And until you understand what colonialism is and how all of these things effects everyday things like perception and standards of beauty, sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up.
And notice that I never specified a race.
Isn’t that interesting?

And lets not even start at the fact that most “Racial Preferences” illustrate some repressed fantasy in the way the relationship is carried on…. and that most interracial porn exhibits ridiculous stereotypes (I.e. The person of color is always the thug in the fantasy)

rac·ism
   [rey-siz-uhm] Show IPA
noun
1.
a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races  determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one’s own race  is superior and has the right to rule others.

2.
a policy, system of government, etc., based upon or fostering such a doctrine; discrimination.

3.
hatred or intolerance of another race  or other races.

Yeaahh, racist. Uh huh.

In which quoting the dictionary definition of racism serves as a case in point example of how most folks (particularly white ones) don’t understand how white supremacist racism actually operates in a sociocultural, institutional, or historical framework.

I am entirely sick of reading “white privilege” this, and “black power” that. Yes, the world is not equal. Do we really have to sit around all day bitching about it?

Can’t we all just get the fuck along already?!

Thank You!

You know what, boo? You’re well within your rights to post oppressive, self-serving bullshit like this.

HOWEVER, let’s just be real about one thing— you don’t actually give a rats ass about interracial peace, cooperation, or solidarity.

If you really wanted everyone to “just get the fuck along already”—really and truly—you wouldn’t be trying to silence those people who’re trying to get out from under the boot of white supremacy. You’d want people to keep posting and reading about white privilege and black power (two things which, I hope you’re aware, are not two sides of the same coin)  because you’d want racial inequality/injustice to be a thing of the past.

As it stands, the only thing you’re genuinely interested in is keeping People of Color and their allies silent so that you can enjoy your unearned white privilege without having to recognize it exists.

tl;dr: Your gas tank of fucks to give about interracial harmony is clearly running on empty. And that’s totally fine, really! I’m just gonna need you to be honest with yourself about your motivations.

We are more than that…

marchoftigers answered your question: Help Us Come Up With Topics…

Anti-Blackness, Whiteness, and um…that’s it, I guess.

We don’t just stick to “whiteness” or “anti-blackness”, because chances are, the general population doesn’t know a lot about certain issues other than.

By general population, we mean “White People”. After all, they are a bit over 72% of the population.

Since a high number of people watch FOX News Channel (recent cable ratings) and yet people who watch that channel are the worse informed, we think that the name of the site can clearly reflect more than just Anti-Blackness and Whiteness.
